Day 1 Arrival and welcome at Cairo International Airport.
Assisted through customs.
Escorted to your hotel.
Day 2 Breakfast at your hotel.
Morning visit to the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx.
From here we drive to Sakkara which is the site of the “Step Pyramid” dating from 2700 BC. It is the first of the Egyptian pyramids and the world’s oldest stone structure.
In the afternoon we drive to Memphis, the capital of the ancient kingdom.

Day 3 Breakfast at your hotel.
On to the Egyptian Museum of antiquities, which houses many of Egypt’s national archeological assets. These include the treasures belonging to the boy King Tutankhamun.
In the afternoon we take a tour of Old Cairo where we’ll visit the famous Coptic church known as the “Hanging Church”. It is so named because of its suspended location above a centuries old gatehouse. Behind the church is the Ben Ezra Synagogue. Originally a Coptic church, it was sold to the Jews in 882 AD. When faithfully reconstructed in 1892 to represent the original, a hiding place for sacred books containing original documents from the Middle Ages was discovered.
We drive on to the awe inspiring Citadel once fortress to the notorious Saladin. The Citadel complex contains the alabaster Mohammed Ali Mosque. Take in some of the best views of the city from the mosque terrace.
On to shopping at Khan-el-khalili, the oldest bazaar in the world.

Day 4 After breakfast and check-out at your hotel we drive to Baharia Oasis in time for lunch.
After lunch we drive to the symmetrical Pyramid Mountain, The Old British Army House, Black Mountains, hot and cold springs and Salt Lake.

Day 5 Breakfast at your hotel.
Drive to The Black Desert, which is a region of volcano shaped mountains with vast quantities of black stones. We visit El Haiz, which is a small Bedouin village.
After lunch we head off across sand dunes to The White Desert. On the way we see The Crystal Mountain so called because of calcite crystals in the soil. Some are as large as footballs.
We also visit El Akabat Valley (rose desert with its rosette shaped crystals).
On to The White Desert just before sunset. Here we discover spectacular limestone sculptures created by the forces of nature. Some resemble mushrooms and animals.
Dinner under the stars and overnight camp.
Day 6 Watch the sunrise before breakfast.
We drive to Farafra Oasis where you will visit Badr’s Museum.
After lunch we continue to Dakhla Oasis over vast dunes of The Great Sand Sea.
Overnight at your hotel at Dakhla Oasis.
Day 7 After breakfast we visit The El Mozaukah Tomb and The in the medieval village of El Qasr and The Dakhla Spring. Enjoy an hour to an hour and a half camel ride (optional) near the spring.
After lunch we head off to Mut which is the main town in Dakhla.
Visit the Ethnographic Museum for a wonderful insight into oasis life.
Overnight camping at the ruins of Ain Umm El Dababib on the route between The Dakhla and Karga Oases.
Day 8 After breakfast we to the most important of The Kharga Oasis sites.
These include The Hibis Temple with its remarkable wall reliefs, Bagawat - one of the earliest Christian cemetries in the world, and The Al Nadora Temple.
Overnight at your hotel in Kharga.
Day 9 After an early breakfast we drive to Luxor.
Escorted to your hotel.
After settling in we head off to the The Valley of The Kings to explore a few of the more than 60 ancient royal tombs. We also visit The Valley of The Queens.
You will also see the majestic Colossi of Memnon, the Mourtuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and Deir El Bahari (mortuary tomb and temple complex).
Overnight at your hotel.
Day 10 Breakfast at your hotel and checkout.
Visit to the spectacular Temples of Karnak and Luxor.
In the afternoon we drive to Hurghada.
Overnight at your hotel.
Day 11 Early breakfast and check-out.
Drive back to Cairo and check-in at overnight hotel.
Day 12 Breakfast at your hotel.
Transfer to Cairo International Airport.
